4 C Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp minced onion
4 canned jalapeño peppers seeded and chopped
1/4 tsp hot sauce optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine all and blend completely. Spread in 8 inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into one inch squares. Serve warm or cold.
