3 c. - Sugar
1 c. - Oil
4 - Eggs
1/2 tsp. - Salt
1 tsp. - Cinnamon
1 tsp. - Nutmeg
2/3 c. - Water
2 c. - Pumpkin (not pie mix)
3 1/3 c. - Flour
2 tsp. - Baking Soda

Directions:

Grease about 6 (bread) loaf pans
Using a very large bowl...mix all of the ingredients together well. Pour into pans, filling them half-way.
Bake at 350 for about 30minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

This recipe is nice because it makes many loaves...I use it for Holidays and wrap them decoratively for gifts(great teacher gift)! This recipe can also be baked in miniature loaf pans making even more loaves for giving or keeping (this bread freezes well)!
