12-15# ham, scored
3 tbls. mayonaise
1 tbls. prepared mustard
2 tbls. brown sugar
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
2 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and spread on ham. Wrap ham in three layers of brown paper (or foil). Bake 325, 25 min. per pound.

A simple version: use equal amounts of honey and mustard on a canned ham, just heat to serve.
