2 yeast cakes
1/2 c. warm water
1 tbls. sugar
1 c. milk, scalded
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 eggs
4 c. flour, heaping cups
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water, 1 tbls. sugar, and yeast. Scald milk and add butter. Combine yeast mixture and flour. Refrigerate soft dough for two hours with a damp cloth on top of bowl. Form rolls. Bake 400, 8-10 minutes.
