Cake:
2 c. - Flour
2 c. - Sugar
2 - Eggs
2 tsp. - Baking Soda
1, #2 can - Crushed Pineapple(undrained)

Frosting:
2c. - Powdered Sugar
1, 8oz. pkg. - Cream Cheese
1 tsp. - Vanilla Extract
1/2 c. - Butter/Margerine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 13"x9" pan.
In lg. bowl: Mix all of the cake ingred.well.
Pour into pan and Bake approx. 30-35min. "til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool partially, 'til still warm to touch and then "Frost"!

Frosting:
Mix cheese 'til creamy, add other frosting ingred. and mix well, 'til of spreading consistency.

This is a moist, tasty cake and can instead be topped with either whipped cream or ice cream instead of the frosting!
