1/2 pound pork sausage 1/3 C leeks finely chopped 1 1/2 C baking mix 1 1/2 tsp packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp ground cayenne 2/3 C milk 1/2 C finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400º Grease bottoms of 12 muffin cups. Cook and stir sausage and onions until brown crumbling as it cooks. Combine remaining ingredients, and add sausage mixture. Stir until blended. Don't over mix. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 30 minutes.
