1/2 TABLESPN HONEY
1/2 TABLSPN BUTTER
2 TABLSPNS ACCENT
1 TABLESPN SALT

DEVIEN AND SOAK SHRIMP IN WARM WATER WITH ACCENT AND SALT ADDED.
MIX STUFFING AS DIRECTED IN A BOWL ADD 1/4 TEASPN ACCENT TO STUFFING

DRAIN SHRIMP AND BUTTERFLY WITH A SHARP KNIFE, FILL THE SHRIMP WITH THE STUFFING AND WRAP WITH BACON, SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK

PLACE IN A SMOKER FOR APPROX 1 HOUR ON MED ( 200 ) WITH A BASTEING BRUSH BASTE THE SHRIMP A FEW TIMES WITH THE HONEY AND BUTTER.
