12-18 Coconut Macaroons (enough to fill bottom of pan)
1 1/2 tbs. Rum or Rum Flavoring
32-40 oz. Coffee Ice Cream (softened)
1 Container Cool Whip
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Lay macaroons in bottom of baking dish or other pan. Drizzle rum over the top. Spoon icecream over macaroons and smooth out, perssing slightly to pack down. Really up to you exactly how much ice cream to use, but about a 1 1/2 inch layer works well. Spoon whipped cream on top of ice cream, smoothing but not pressing down. Sprinkle with toasted almonds. Freeze 1 hour or longer.
