CRUST:
2/3 C flour
1/3 C butter
2 T sugar
FILLING:
1/2 C sweetened coconut
2/3 C Macadamia nuts coarsley chopped
1/3 C Crasins
1/3 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vannilla
1/2tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
GLAZE:
1 C powdered sugar
2 to 3 tsp orange juice
for stronger orange taste add gated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Combine all crust ingrediants in bowl. Beat at medium speed until it resembles coaarse crumbs. Press into ungreased 8 or 9 inch
square pan. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or lightly browned.
Meanwhile combine all filling ingrediants and mix
well. Carefully spread filling over hot crust. bake for
22 to 27 minutes.
Combine glaze ingrediants and drizzle over warm ars. Cool completely and cut into squares.
