1 1/2 cup flour 2/3 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup mashed bananas (2 large) 1 egg 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350º. Line muffin cups with foil liners. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix mashed bananas, egg melted butter, and milk in a medium bowl. Stir banana mixture into dry ingredients. Just blend, don't over mix. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake until tops are pale golden, about 32 minutes.
