1 1/2 lbs. ground chunk, browned
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 cloves garlic (optional)
1 14 1/2 ounce can tomatoes
12 oz. can tomato paste
2 stalks celery, with tops chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf

Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. (High 3-5 hours).
