1 1/2 lb. chunk or round steak, cut in strips
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large onion, sliced
1 1 lb. can tomatoes
1 4 oz. can mushrooms (drained)
2 tbsp. molasses (optional)
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans, French style (optional)
1 to 2 green peppers, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Put steak strips, flour, salt, and pepper in crockpot. Stir well to coat the steak. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve with rice.
