6 large peaches
sugar
flour
3 tbsp. light corn oil spread
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
1. Peel and thinly slice peaches . In a large bowl toss peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tbsp. flour. Spoon peach mixture into dry dish or plate.
2. In a small bowl, with hand, mix corn oil spread, cinnamon, 1/3 cup flour, and 3 tbsp. sugar until mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle flour mixture on peaches.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until peach mixture is bubbling and crumb topping is golden brown.

Each serving is about 230 calories, 5 g. fat, o mg cholesterol, 1 mg. sodium
