2 loaves (1 lb each) frozen bread dough, thawed
3/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
8-10 oz. thinly sliced roast beef, julienned
2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 egg white
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine loaves of dough and shape into one ball. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place for a couple of hours.
Combine red pepper, onion, garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until vegetables are tender.
Punch down dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface, roll into a 15-in. x 12 in. rectangle.
Combine the beef, cheese and red pepper mixture and spread over the dough to within 1/2 in. of edge. Roll up jelly roll style, starting with long edge; pinch seams and ends to seal. Place seam side down an a greased baking sheet.
Brush egg white and water mixture over dough. Cut a slit in top of the dough. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until brown.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing
