2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp dark sesame oil
4 (6oz) Salmon Fillets (about 1 inch thick)
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Combine soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl; brush evenly over both sides of fish. Sprinkle sesame seeds over 1 side of fish.

2.) Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish; cook 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
