2 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
2 c. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic (finely minced)
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 c. Pecans (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pecans, adding cheddar cheese last so that bits of cheese remain visible.

Form mixture into a ball on waxed paper and refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more.

Roll chilled cheese ball in chopped pecans to cover completely.

Refrigerate overnight or longer before serving. Remove 1 hour before serving to soften.
