1 lb. stew meat
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt 2 T. tapioca
1 c. tomato juice or V8

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingred. in greased casserole with a tight lid.
Bake at 250 degrees for 4 1/2 hrs. or until last hr. when you can put 1 c. potatoes (quartered) in.
