Ingredients:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef or turkey
1 small jar of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
4 light whole-wheat buns, split

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown meat over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain and allow to cool for a couple of minutes. Mix the meat, pizza sauce (may not need the whole jar of sauce depending on the desired consistency, I usually use about 3/4 of the jar), and shredded cheese together in a bowl. Place bun halves, split side up, on a baking sheet. Divide the mixture among each bun half. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are lightly brown. Makes 4 servings.
