2 T. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 T. flour
1 can C. of chicken or mushroom soup
1 T. salt
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/4 t. pepper
1 c. sour cream, room temp.
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet and add meat and onions until
brown. Stir in flour, then add soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 min., stir in sour cream, heat to serving temp.
