1 cup sugar 1/2 cup white Karo corn syrup 1 cup peanuts 1 tsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda
1. In a glass bowl, stir sugar and syrup; microwave 4 minutes. 2. Stir in peanuts; microwave 3 minutes. 3. Add butter and vanilla; microwave 2 minutes. 4. Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy. 5. Pour onto lightly buttered cookie sheet. 6. Let cool and break into pieces for serving.
