Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c sugar 6 T half & half
2 heaping T cocoa 6 T butter
1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Boil 1 minute.
2. Let cool until bottom of pan is only warm. Add vanilla. Beat until ready to spread.
