strips of bacon, cup into pieces
chopped onion
1 large potato
eggs, slightly beaten

** Amount of ingredients depends on serving size. When I asked Grandma Carol how much of each, she says "well dear, as much as you want obviously" :)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute bacon and onion
2. Zap a large potato in the microwave, pull apart, and cut into 1/2 inch squares
3. Add potato to bacon and onion
4. Add eggs and scramble
