1 angel food cake, torn into bite-size pieces
Juice of 4-6 lemons
2 1/2 t. lemon peel, divided
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 T. conf. sugar
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Place broken angel food cake in 9x13 pan or trifle bowl

Mix lemon juice with 1 1/2 t. lemon rind and condensed milk, stir to blend and thicken.

Whip cream with 2 T. sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold into lemon mixture. Spoon over cake and sprinkle with remaining 1 t. lemon peel.

Chill for 24 hours.
