4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup crumbled bacon, cooked
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 tbsp dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten chicken. Place bacon and feta in center and roll up. Secure with toothpick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Add one can of drained tomatoes and one can of undrained tomatoes in skillet. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Simmer uncovered until done.
