1 cup red wine
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 cup red onions, chopped

6 large portabello mushrooms
Sun dried tomatoes
provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushrooms in the marinade and let set in refrigerator for a couple of hours. Grill or bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Top with a sundried tomatoes and provolone cheese the last 1 minute.
