2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3 medium ripe peaches, sliced
1 12oz can low fat evaportated milk
1/2 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in evaporated milk and cornstarch. Cook one minute until bubbly. Cool. Place peaches in food processor. Combine all ingredients. Place in ice cream freezer.
