2 cups whole milk divided
1/2 cup dutch processed cocoa
1 cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) can evaoprated low fat milk
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 cup whole milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat to 180 or until small bubbles form around the edges. Do not boil. Remove and add cocoa - stir whith a whisk. Cool to room temperature. Combine 1 cup whole milk, condensed milk, vanilla, salt in blender until smooth. Add cocoa mixture and blend. Pour in ice cream maker.
