1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinammon
1 cup of butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups quick oats
1 12 oz pkg butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in oats and butterscotch pieces. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies and 9-10 for crispy cookies. Let stand on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing.
