1 unbaked pastry 9" shell
12 crumbled bacon strips
1/2 cup shredded montery jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chpopped onions
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line pastry shell with aluminum foil and bake at 450 for five minutes. Remove foil and bake for five more minutes. Change oven temp to 425, Sprinkle with bacon, cheese and onion. Beat eggs, cream, salt,sugar and pepper and pour over crust. Bake 15 minutes and then decrease heat to 300 and bake another 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
