2 cups hashbrowns
4 oz cheddar cheese
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/8 tsp onion powder
4 slices bacon, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Grease baking dish. Combine hashbrowns and cheese. Place in dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over hash browns. Crumble cooked bacon over top. Bake 325 for 55 minutes.
