1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 small individual box of raisins
7 capers
5 or 6 olives cut in half
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and black pepper
1/2 to 3/4 - 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, green pepper, garlic, raisins, capers, olives, and oregano in olive oil. Add the meat in with the mixture and brown meat breaking up any chunks of meat. Add 1/2 can of tomato sauce or 3/4 can to your liking and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil and lower covering pot only half way. Simmer for 20 minutes.
