5 slices bacon
1 onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
2 cups whole kernel corn
1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. milk
1 t. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and pour off dripping-leaving 3 T. Add onion and cook until lightly brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer a few minutes.
GARNISH with crumbled bacon
