1 c. chopped, peeled tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped and seeded cucumber
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 t. parsley
1 t. snipped chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
3 T. red wine vinegar
2 T. olive oil
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. worchestershire
2 c. tomato juice

Mix all the ingredients together, cover and chill throughly.
