6 pieces bacon 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 potatoes, sliced 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup 3 c. milk 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 pkg. wild rice
Brown bacon and remove from pan. (Reserve for later) Save 1 T. bacon fat. Add onions and brown. Add sliced potatoes and stir in. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until rice and potatoes are done. GARNISH with cooked bacon
