1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour; 1 1/2 sticks of butter; 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans; 3 T sugar; 1 cup Kool Whip (you will need more for topping); 1 cup confectioner's sugar; 1 large cream cheese; 1 -3 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix; 1- 3 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix; 3 cups of milk; Kool Whip for the last layer.
1st Layer: Mix pecans, butter, sugar and flour in bowl. Press into baking pan (11 x 13) Bake at 350º for approx. 25 minutes (slightly brown). Let cool before starting next layer. 2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, conf. sugar and 1 cup Kool Whip. Mix with mixer. Spread on top of 1st layer. 3rd Layer: Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding with milk. Beat with mixer. Layer on top of 2nd layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add additional Kool Whip upon serving for final layer.
