1 1/2# pork, cut in chunks
1 c. water
1 boullion cube
1 20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained, reserve juice
1 green pepper

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbls. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbls. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork in oil. Dissolve boullion in water. Cover & simmer 1 hour. Drain &add reserved pinapple juices. Make a sauce with reamining ingredients. Add meat. Serve with rice.
