2 # spareribs racks
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1/4 c. brown sugar

Sauce:
1 #1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Rub dry ingredients into ribs. Broil each side of ribs 8 min, 3 " from the broiler. Place in raster pan so the bones hold up the meat.

Mix vinegar and soup, pour onto ribs. Bake 350
Baste every 30 minutes with juices.

Uncle Mike Evans loved these ribs! At the age of 30, he went to Hastings Law school to begin a new career. His little VW barely made it over the Sierras to San Francisco, but he persevered.
