1 medium head lettuce
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced green pepper
1 c. diced onions
1 16 oz. can small peas, drained
1-1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
2-1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 strips fried bacon, crumbled

Directions:

Line bowl with shredded lettuce. In layers, put celery, green pepper, onions, peas, salad dressing, sugar, cheese, bacon. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
