1 well done pork roast
potatoes
carrots
cabbage
a bit of onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in a pot. Season pork with garlic, salt and pepper. Roast till done.

Serve with French bread, cut lengthwise in half, put in "gobs" of butter and add 3 small cloves of garlic.

This was Grampa Whalen's favorite recipe. He came West by train with a load of horses for the (Redwood Lumber Co.) in Susanville, CA.
