1 15 oz can Black Beans, undrained.
1 fresh green pepper, chopped.
1/2 C chopped onion.
3-4 T Olive Oil.
1/2 C Red Wine.
1 C Beef Broth.
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
1 Clove garlic, minced.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil, stir 2-3 Min. Add green
peppers and saute' another 2 Min. Add black beans, broth, wine and cayenne. Cook in open pan until liquids are reduced to half over low heat, approximately 45 Minutes.
Serve over rice or couscous as side or main dish.

I use sweet green and red pepper for extra color instead of only
