3 lg. Bell Peppers halved and cleaned
1 medium onion
3/4 lb. of ground beef
3 medium potatoes diced and boil until tender
1 cup of grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef and onion. Drain add prepared potatoes and 1/2 cup of cheese salt and pepper. Mix set aside. Bell peppers halves should be boiled for 8 minutes and drained. Then stuff each bell pepper half 3/4 full of the set aside mixture. Top with remaining cheese and heat only to melt cheese. Bon Appetite
