Mix cooked and drained chopped broccoli with 1/2 stick margarine and 1/2 pound Velvetta cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Melt the other 1/2 stick of margarine and mix with 1/4 pound crushed Ritz crackers. Spread cracker mixture on top of broccoli mixture. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
