1 6" whole wheat pita bread
Pizza sauce
Italian seasoning
Chopped green pepper
Chopped red onion
10 small, fresh broccoli florets
10 small, fresh cauliflower florets
Reduced-fat mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Place pita bread on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the pita bread as desired. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the pizza sauce. Top the pita with broccoli, cauliflower, and desired amount of green pepper, onion, and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve.

Can substitute or add any other ingredients of your choice.
