1 1-lb. can salmon
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. butter or other fat
Dash pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon. Combine all ingredients except cheese and crumbs. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Cut cheese into 3/8 in. cubes. Insert a cheese cube into center of each fish ball and reshape. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat. Serve hot.
