Cream 1/2 c. marg. or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
ADD 1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Spread in 9x13 pan and bake for 20-25 min. at 350 degrees, sprinkle with 1 c. choc. chips and let stand 5 min.,spread.
Combine 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2-4 T. milk, mix well.

Drizzle frosting over chocolate, cut in bars.
