1 pkg (3 oz each) of 3 different flavors & colors of jello
3 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg (3 oz) lemon jello
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 cups whipped cream

Directions:

Prepare the 3 flavors of jello separately, using 1 cup boiling water & 1/2 cup cold water each. Pour each into a 8" pan. Chill until firm or overnight.
Then mix pineapple juice & sugar, Heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Dissolve lemon jello in hot juice, then add 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Meanwhile mix crumbs & better and press into 9" in spring form pan or a 13"x9" pan or dish. Cut the firm jello into 1/2 inch cubes. Then prepare whipped cream. Blend with the lemon jello. Fold in gelatin cubes. Pour into pan. Chill at least 5 hrs. or overnight.
