Ingredients:  
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained & saved
2 cups mini-marshmallows
3 or 4 bananas
chopped nuts

2 eggs, well beaten
11/2 T cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
pinch salt
reserved pineapple juice
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple & save. To pineapple chunks add the marshmallows. & sliced bananas. Make a dressing as follows: Add cornstarch , sugar, & salt to beaten eggs. Add lemon & pineapple juice stirring well. Cook over low heat until thick. Cool. Pour over fruits. Sprinkle nuts on top.
