Start to finish 5 minutes

3 containers (6oz) fat free vanilla yogurt
1 bag (10oz) frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
Protein Powder if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1.) In blender, place all ingredients. Cover, blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.

2.) Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
