Ritz crackers
peanut butter (smooth)
Chocolate almond bark

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter (good amount) between crackers. Melt almond bark ( 3 or 4 blocks at a time) in mircowave 3-5 min. stirring every 1 minute until melted. Roll out some wax paper. Dip cracker in melted chocolate coating well and drop on wax paper. I find that 2 forks work well holding the sides of the crackers while dipping. Let dry and store in plastic bags.
