1 qt berries
3T cornstarch
1c sugar
1 ts lemon juice

Pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pastry shell according to directions. Cool. Line cooled pastry shell with fresh berries, leaving 1 cup for glaze.
Simmer about 4 minutes - 1 c berries and 3/4 c water. Combine 3 T cornstarch and 1 c sugar. Add to cooked fruit. Cook until syrup is thick and clear, stirring constantly. Add 1 ts lemon juice and cool slightly. Pour over berries in pastry shell. Chill thoroughly.
